Job Summary :


We are seeking an intern Project Manager with a knowledge of how Project management works in the software industry to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager Intern, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills will be key in driving project success. The ideal candidate should be collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results within timeline constraints.


Responsibilities :


- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget allocation.


- Define project objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders.


- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective utilization of resources and adherence to project schedules.


- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.


- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors, to effectively communicate project updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations.


- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.


- Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize project execution and enhance team productivity.


- Conduct project post-mortem evaluations to identify lessons learned, areas for improvement, and best practices for future projects.


- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.


- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).


- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.


- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


- Previous experience in software industry


- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.


- Eager to adapt to project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).


- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle ambiguity, and work well under pressure.
