Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our programming team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for coding and designing for our clients. This role requires strong knowledge of Generating G-code, CAD/CAM software, tooling, and machining processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in production.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and test CNC programs for a variety of machines (e.g., sawjet, CNC polisher, mills, lathes).
  • Read and interpret drawings, CAD models, and machining requirements.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
  • Optimize existing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes.
  • Perform first-article inspections and support production with technical expertise.
  • Maintain documentation and program archives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Engineering graduate with B.Tech Mech preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (1-3 years preferred).
  • Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations.
  • Familiarity with various materials (e.g., metal, wood, stone, aluminum, steel, etc).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Requirements

  • B.Tech Mechanical (preferred) or B.tech Civil.
  • Diploma Mechanical (preferred) or Diploma Civil
  • 0–3 years experience as CNC Programmer.
  • Skilled in CAM software (Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks, etc.).
  • Strong G-code/M-code knowledge.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings; good problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with materials (metal/stone/wood/aluminum/steel).
