Overview :

We are in search of a full-stack engineer with a deep interest and background in Artificial Intelligence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment of innovation and experimentation, and who is keen on researching and implementing the latest developments in AI. You will drive AI initiatives, explore new frontiers in AI, and apply these breakthroughs to real-world applications. Also, ensuring the delivery of scalable and robust software solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Actively engage in research and experimentation with new AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
  • Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications and solutions.
  • End-to-end ownership of the execution, you will closely work with the product team to identify and solve users' problems.
  • Produce well-designed, testable, efficient, and fully functional code.
  • Ability to design clean APIs and understanding of performance issues
  • Conducting code reviews and giving feedback to ensure high standards of code maintainability and extensibility.
  • Document and communicate complex concepts and methodologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaborative :
    • 3-7 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
    • Skills with experience in building software development projects with a focus on innovation and experimentation in AI/ML.
    • Knowledge of Python and AI-related frameworks, ML modeling and libraries.
    • Proficient in JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, TypeScript, NodeJS, and MongoDB for full-stack development.
    • Experience with SpringBoot, AngularJS, or ExpressJS for backend development.
    • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for front-end development.
    • Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven expertise in building high-available, resilient, scalable, low-latency services in a distributed architecture.
    • Experience with Agile Development or SCRUM Programming methodologies.
    • Knowledge of Test Driven Development
    • Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming
    • Experienced with software engineering best practices - design patterns, code reviews, unit and integration testing, etc.
    • Strong behavioral skills, including passion, ambition, work ethics, ownership, and a seeker mindset.
    Good to have :
    • Demonstrated experience leading R&D projects, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the dev community through publications or open-source contributions.
    • Experience working in a fast paced startup environment
