- You will be to Involve in Development, Designing, Testing and Troubleshooting Applications onboarding and access issues.

- Providing engineering support for client's application teams using PING.

- SAML ,OIDC ,Auth0 , SSO service development, onboarding, service integration, by implementation of new and enhanced features.

- Engineering expertise in PING products and technologies PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, PingOne etc.

- Attend all required meetings with application teams.

- Troubleshoot and resolve access issues reported by end users and service providers.

- Connecting application teams and gathering required information for new onboardings apps.

- Should work on lower and production environments.

- Design, Test and Troubleshoot Applications onboarding and access issues.

Job Description :


- We are seeking an experienced Ping Identity Lead to join our team.


- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity and access management, particularly with Ping products and technologies.


- The role involves providing engineering support for client application teams, managing SSO service development, onboarding, and integration, and implementing new and enhanced features.


- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work closely with application teams are essential.


Key Responsibilities :


Engineering Support :


- Provide expert engineering support for client application teams using Ping Identity products.


- Develop, implement, and manage SSO services, including SAML, OIDC, and Auth0.


- Assist with the onboarding of new applications and integration of services by implementing new and enhanced features.


Ping Product Expertise :


- Demonstrate deep expertise in Ping Identity products such as PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, and PingOne.


- Utilize Ping products to design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable identity and access management solutions.


- Collaboration and Communication: Attend all required meetings with application teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.


- Connect with application teams to gather necessary information for onboarding new applications.


- Communicate effectively with end users, service providers, and stakeholders to resolve access issues and improve services.


Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution :


- Troubleshoot and resolve access issues reported by end users and service providers promptly.


- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues and improve system reliability.


- Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and changes made.


Service Integration and Enhancement :


- Lead the integration of applications with identity and access management services.


- Develop and implement new features and enhancements to improve service functionality and user experience.


- Ensure all integrations and enhancements comply with security policies and standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications :


Education :


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Technical Skills :


- 12 - 15 years of experience in identity and access management.


- Extensive experience with Ping Identity products (PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, PingOne).


- Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC, Auth0, and SSO service development.


- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving identity and access issues.


- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.


Professional Experience :


- Proven experience in providing engineering support and technical guidance.


- Demonstrated ability to manage service onboarding and integration projects.


- Experience in implementing new features and enhancing existing services.


Soft Skills :


- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.


- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Relevant certifications in Ping Identity products.


- Experience with other identity and access management platforms.


- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.


- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
