Ergode - Senior Data Scientist - Generative AI

Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement Generative AI models and LLMs to automate and enhance content creation, product descriptions, and customer communications.
- Develop scalable AI solutions on AWS to support real-time data processing and machine learning model deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline operations.
- Lead the exploration and adoption of the latest AI technologies and methodologies to keep Ergode at the forefront of the e-commerce industry.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for natural language understanding, generation, and translation to improve interaction between customers and our AI-driven platforms.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of dataset preparation, including data collection, cleansing, and preprocessing, to ensure high-quality inputs for model training.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to measure the efficacy of deployed AI models, iterating based on performance metrics.
- Lead initiatives to embed ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and privacy in all AI & Skills :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, with a significant focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Expertise in AWS services like EC2, Lambda, S3, and Redshift for deploying and managing AI applications.
- Proficient in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python, R).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with algorithmic problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex AI strategies to diverse audiences.

Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of natural language processing techniques and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, GPT (OpenAI), and BERT (Google).
- Proficiency in advanced machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Expertise in Python libraries for data science (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) and machine learning (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka for handling large-scale data systems.
- Understanding of cloud-based AI model deployment, scalability, and management using AWS services like SageMaker, Glue, and Athena.
- Experience with database management systems, both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), for efficient data handling and retrieval.
Capability to utilize version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines to maintain code quality and facilitate collaboration across development teams.
