Snooplay is hiring: Growth Intern

Location: Delhi NCR

Type: Internship (2–3 months)

Stipend: ₹15,000 fixed + uncapped performance-based variable + full-time conversion for the right fit.


About Snooplay

Snooplay is building a vertical quick-commerce engine for babies & kids - delivering curated toys, baby

care, fashion, gear & essentials in 60 minutes across Delhi-NCR.


What this role is

A high-ownership, founder’s office–style growth role where you’ll work directly with the core team on:


1. Digital + Offline Customer Acquisition

  • Brainstorm and run scrappy growth experiments across Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta ads, societies, cafés, preschools, events, and hyperlocal hubs.
  • Explore low-cost or no-cost ways to get parents to try Snooplay’s 60-minute delivery.
  • Build small GTM playbooks for micro-neighbourhoods in Delhi NCR.


2. Leverage and Nurture the Existing Customer Base

  • Reach out to Snooplay’s current customers via calls, WhatsApp, visits and micro-activations to: understand their experience so far tell them about Snooplay’s new 60-min delivery service and expanded categories nudge them to try us again with relevant, personalised hooks.
  • Identify champion users who can become advocates and referral engines.


3. Customer Research & Ground Truth

  • Talk to parents regularly and convert conversations into clear insights & action points.
  • Visit parent communities, societies, baby stores, play schools — know the ground better than Google Analytics.
  • Become the “voice of the customer” inside the room.
