Manager - Product Management [ AI/ML Model Governance ]

We’re looking to hire a Manager, Product Management for AI/ML Model Governance to join the Machine Learning Experience (MLX) teamAt Capital One India, we work in a fast paced and intellectually rigorous environment to solve fundamental business problems at scale. The AI experience we're creating is the foundation upon which our lines of business will continue to deliver next-generation machine learning-driven products and services for our customers.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for your area of responsibilityDeeply understand the needs of data scientists, machine learning engineers and model risk officers across Capital OnePartner with business and technology leadership to align on prioritization of key problems to be solved to maximize business and customer outcomes Collaborate with teams in India and USA to drive alignment with different teams working on the platformIncorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product designMaintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies.Support the team with escalation and resolution of impedimentsServe as the connection between Customers, Capital One’s mission, and Tech.
