Experience : Minimum 2 years (Proven experience in business analysis preferred)


Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

Essential :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentation creation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and insights from data.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively translate complex data into actionable information for senior management.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Highly Preferred :

- Experience with business intelligence tools (e. , Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization and dashboard creation.

- Familiarity with SQL or similar querying languages for data extraction and manipulation (a plus).

- Experience with project management methodologies (e., Agile, Waterfall).

Responsibilities :

- Support the CEO and senior management team with various administrative and project management tasks.

- Manage assigned projects, develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project execution and communication.

- Analyze business data through monthly reports (MIS) and identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare comprehensive data-driven reports and presentations for senior management using relevant software.

- Develop and maintain visually appealing and informative dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports, dashboards, and presentations.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
