Responsibilities :


- Conduct business process analysis to identify areas where Esker solutions can improve client efficiency and streamline workflows within their ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle).


- Design and implement customized Esker solutions (e.g., Esker Pay, Esker Procure) that integrate seamlessly with the client's existing ERP infrastructure.


- Configure and map data flows between Esker and the ERP system to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange.


- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate system integration and functionality.


- Train end-users on Esker functionalities and best practices for optimized utilization within their ERP environment.


- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients after implementation, ensuring their continued success with Esker solutions.


- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.


- Document processes and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team.


Technical skill :


- In-depth knowledge of Esker cloud solutions and their functionalities (e.g., Esker Pay, Esker Procure).


- Experience configuring and customizing Esker solutions for integration with ERP systems.


- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, data structures, and functionalities (e.g., SAP, Oracle).


- Experience with ERP system administration and configuration.


- Knowledge of data access methods and APIs for the specific ERP system.
