Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :


- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.


- Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring the production of well-structured, high-quality, and scalable code.


System Design and Architecture :


- Collaborate with the CTO and Founders to design highly scalable and reliable systems.


- Engage in architectural discussions and propose solutions to complex engineering problems.



- Develop robust APIs and services that power our fintech products, ensuring they can handle large volumes of traffic and and Product Strategy :




- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to align technical solutions with business objectives.


- Participate in product strategy discussions, bringing a technical perspective to the table.


- Take ownership of features from the technical side, ensuring they meet the required performance, scalability, and security Management :


- Manage and deploy applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments, ensuring high availability and resilience.



- Optimize system performance and scalability, implementing best practices in software development and Excellence :


- Apply deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design to solve complex engineering challenges.


- Embrace a hands-on approach to coding, actively contributing to the codebase.



- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software development, particularly in Golang and related Development and Testing :


- Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.


- Implement continuous integration practices, ensuring code quality through modern testing methodologies.



- Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the reliability of the Development :


- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs that are efficient, secure, and easy to integrate with.



- Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Solving and Innovation :


- Think creatively to solve complex problems, considering the scalability and adaptability of solutions.


- Quickly learn and adapt to evolving technical stacks, applying new knowledge to ongoing

projects.



- Explore new technologies and tools that could enhance our product Skills :


- A keen interest in the financial and stock market space is highly valued, as it aligns with our core product offerings.


SQL Database Management :


- Experience with SQL databases, particularly in managing large-scale, high-performance systems.


AWS Experience :



- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including deployment, monitoring, and in Fintech/Stock Market :


- A keen interest in the financial and stock market space is highly valued, as it aligns with our core product offerings.

Qualifications :



- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


- Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development.


- Proficiency in Golang, with a willingness to work in Java, C++, or Python if needed.


- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, -algorithms, and software design.


- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.


- Familiarity with Agile development practices and modern testing methodologies.


- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.


- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.


- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
