- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and workflows.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Golang in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Go paradigms, idioms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in developing, testing, and deploying applications using Golang.
- Experience with concurrent programming and building high-throughput systems.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and principles.
- Proficiency with version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams
