Designation : Engineer - (Network Technical Support - Helpdesk)Job Location : Chennai Shift : Night shift Job Responsibilities: Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to Network Devices.Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customerAcquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer servicePosition and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement. Technical skills: Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under PressureShould have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers wantShould have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracyHandling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN TechnologiesCustomer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/herself for upgradation in knowledge.Ability to sell/Upsell Soft Skills: Should possess good English verbal skillsExcellent logical reasoningComputer Proficiency: Basics understanding of Hardware and Software, Computer fundamentals, Internet and Networking fundamentals Diversity, Equality & Inclusion:Movate is an equal opportunity employer.
