About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operational flow across online sales channels by managing inventory, supply dispatch, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive efficient processes that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operational activities including order processing, product availability, and timely dispatch.

- Streamline supply chain processes to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts, maintaining a high fill rate across product categories.

- Collaborate closely with logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery, monitoring shipment status and resolving potential delays.

- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support proactive inventory replenishment and demand planning.

- Analyze operational KPIs such as fill rate, dispatch accuracy, and delivery timelines; implement continuous improvement initiatives based on insights.

- Coordinate with internal teams—warehouse, procurement, sales, and finance—to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

- Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and promotional updates across e-commerce platforms to ensure optimal customer experience.

- Drive process automation wherever possible to improve efficiency in order fulfillment and logistics coordination.


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.

- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and order management tools.

- Solid understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and online marketplace dynamics.

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
