The Lexicon International School, Kalyani Nagar, is seeking a seasoned, forward-thinking Principal to lead our vibrant school community and drive academic excellence This role is for an educational leader who combines academic rigour with people leadership, operational clarity, and a deep commitment to student success.


The Role

The Principal will be the academic and cultural leader of the school, responsible for driving excellence in teaching and learning while building a strong, future-ready school ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and instructional leadership aligned with the school’s vision and values.
  • Ensure high standards of academic delivery through effective curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, and outcome-based monitoring.
  • Build and lead a strong, motivated teaching and administrative team with a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students.
  • Strengthen partnerships with parents and the wider community through transparent communication and collaboration.
  • Leverage technology and data to enhance learning outcomes, school operations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee day-to-day school operations while contributing to long-term planning and school development.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate degree with B.Ed / M.Ed.
  • 10–15 years of overall experience in K–12 education, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Head, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in leading academic teams and managing school-wide initiatives.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and people-management skills.
  • Comfort with educational technology, digital systems, and modern school management practices.
