Job Description :


Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring effective execution of manual testing processes and maintaining high standards of quality across all projects.

API Testing: Hands-on experience in API testing, designing test cases, executing tests, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.

Technical Expertise: Solid proficiency in Unix systems and SQL databases (Oracle/MySQL), leveraging technical expertise to drive quality improvements and resolve issues efficiently.

Compliance and Auditing: Conduct quality audits, monitor compliance with GMP standards, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement in quality processes.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.

Provide comprehensive reports on quality metrics and performance to stakeholders.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide QA team members, foster a collaborative environment, and promote best practices in quality assurance and testing methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 8 years of experience in QA roles, with a strong background in manual testing and team leadership.

- Proven experience in API testing, including test case design, execution, and integration testing.

- Expertise in Unix systems and proficiency in SQL databases (Oracle/MySQL) for effective testing and troubleshooting.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts and quality metrics to diverse stakeholders
