Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team and drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge natural language processing (NLP) models. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for integrating NLP models into production environments, deploying scalable solutions, and ensuring they meet performance and reliability requirements. Your role will involve prompt engineering, model finetuning, managing production aspects, evaluating language model performance, and working on document parsing and OCR data extraction. You will also be tasked with calculating accuracy scores to assess model performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Integrate NLP models into production environments and deploy scalable solutions.

- Conduct prompt engineering to ensure efficient deployment and operation of NLP solutions.

- Fine-tune NLP models to improve performance and accuracy.

- Manage production aspects such as monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

- Evaluate language model performance and provide insights for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop document parsers and OCR data extraction solutions.

- Calculate accuracy scores and other relevant metrics to assess model performance and identify areas for enhancement.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in NLP techniques and frameworks.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering principles and best practices.

- Ability to fine-tune NLP models to optimize performance.

- Knowledge of document parsing techniques and OCR data extraction methods.

- Experience evaluating language model performance and accuracy.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or data-driven organization.

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices.
