Purpose of Function:
To organize and conduct clinical training for Draeger product users and KOLs during new equipment purchase for Draeger Product range.
Plan marketing activities, participate in CME, plan promotional activities, demonstrations organize training for distributors.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To help sales team maximize their Sales: To assist sales force in the development of sales strategy to grow revenue, market share and profit. To be the provider of information to the sales force about user habits, needs or recommendations. Help collect competitive information, understand user sensitivity and inform sales and marketing.
- To be the user’s consultant seemingly independent of the sales process, to be able to spend quality time in the OR or the ICU, to speak same language as doctors and nurses. To maintain own specific contacts in accounts: users of all kinds.
- Assistance in Demo equipment management, To handover equipment to user,
- Help Organize local events based on techniques and therapy to support Draeger solutions.
- Post Sales clinical training, help promote Draeger accessories and disposable on installed base, To Promote state of the art clinical knowledge to doctors, nurses and medical staff. To give the critical differentiator to the user that will influence the decision.
- Train to the modality demo expert in addition to the sales force & to develop user clinical application knowledge with modality manager to leverage product
Additional Roles
Developing expertise in Electrical Impulse Tomography and Electronic Charting System and be user’s application consultant.
Position Requirements
Education: Engineering Graduate Related
Experience: 5 and above years of experience on Draeger products.
