Software Engineering Senior Advisor

We are looking for exceptional software engineers/developers in our CRD & CDP organization. The Software Engineering Senior Advisor is responsible for the delivery of a business need end-to-end starting from understanding the requirements to deploying the software into production. This role requires you to be fluent in some of the critical technologies with proficiency in others and have a hunger to learn on the job and add value to the business. Critical attributes of being a senior engineer, among others, is ownership & accountability. The candidate needs to be proficient in building REST services using Java, and SpringBoot.

In addition to Delivery, the candidate should have an automation first and continuous improvement mindset. They should drive the adoption of CI/CD tools and support the improvement of the tools sets/processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Agile Methodology.
  • Experience in Healthcare domain and clinical data model desirable.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes that meet the business and technical requirements of the specific project and of the overall EDW data integration portfolio.
  • Document all processes and support source code control using standard tools and processes.
  • Explore and profile source system data to inform the technical and business requirements.
  • Identify relevant data sets from transaction systems through hands-on analysis documentation review and consultation with application teams.
  • Design database structures using standard design methods and modeling tools.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.

Qualifications:

An ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience with RP
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS
  • 5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL
  • Good understanding of programming languages like Java, Scala, or Python.

RPDM:

  • Creation of Schema, Entity, Structures, DLDs
  • Mapping of source and target systems
  • Establishing real-time connectivity
  • Experience with Json splitters, record flattening, Kafka connectors.
  • Omnichannel connectivity between the systems.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL /RDS
  • Establish a relationship with Golden Records.(good to have- not mandatory)

RPI:

  • Build real-time web personalized experience management.
  • Optimizing selection rules.
  • Customization of metadata
  • AB testing
  • Customer Dashboards and layouts

Education:

  • 10+ years in an equivalent role
  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Agile trained

Location & Hours of Work:

  • Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
  • Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
