Role : Consultant (PEGA).

Required Technical Skill Set : PEGA PRPC.

Locations: BLR/HYD/GGN/NDA/KOCHI/BBSR.

Must-Have:

- Candidate must be certified Pega CSSA or LSA.

- Must have an experience of developing the application with Scrum methodology with iterative sprints.

- Experience in working with Support & Development of Pega PRPC.

- Experience in troubleshooting & performance tuning of PRPC applications using Clipboard, Tracer, PAL and DB Trace.

- Strong expertise in UI, Process flows, Caching, Rule resolution, Activities.

- Experience in implementation of various PRPC components like Data Transforms, Decision Tables, Decision Maps, Declarative Expressions, and Indexes etc.

- Expertise in PRPC flows, interpretation of complex Flow shapes for business. scenarios, Activities, Agents, Tickets, SLA's and Routing.

- Extensively used Connectors and SOAP Services in Pega PRPC to integrate with external systems.

- Experience in writing Activities, flows, RDB connectivity using RDB methods, ConnectSQL, Data pages, Email Listeners, File Listeners, Decisions, Declarative rules, validations, Integrations using SOAP, Agents, SMA, and Performance tools,.

- Strong debugging and problem solving skills with excellent understanding of system development methodologies, techniques and tools.

- Must have experience in working KAFKA Queue Processors, Job - Good to have experience in pega customer service framework.

- Proficient in using RDBMS concepts with Oracle and etc.

- Experience in working with Support & Development of Java/J2EE The position of PEGA/PEGA PRPC is crucial to our organization as it involves designing, developing, and implementing PEGA applications to support our business processes and systems.

The role plays a significant part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations by leveraging PEGA technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and implementing PEGA applications.

- Developing PEGA PRPC components and solutions.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.

- Customizing and configuring PEGA solutions.

- Creating and maintaining system architecture and design documents.

- Participating in system integration and user acceptance testing.

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting PEGA applications.

- Ensuring compliance with best practices and standards in PEGA development.

- Training and mentoring junior PEGA developers.

- Continuous improvement of PEGA development processes and methodologies.
