Role Description :

The Digital Technology Expert is a senior-level role responsible for driving digital transformation, innovation, and technological excellence within the organization. This individual will lead and execute strategic initiatives related to enterprise software product R&D, Data Sciences, AI/ML, DevOps, Cloud Computing, QA Automation, and Big Data Tools. They will play a key role in shaping the enterprise architecture and design while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Skill Set :

- Extensive experience in enterprise software product R&D

- Profound knowledge of Data Sciences, AI/ML technologies, and their practical applications

- Expertise in DevOps practices and tools

- In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Hands-on experience in QA automation and engineering best practices

- Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, .NET, and Python

- Strong familiarity with Big Data tools and technologies

- Expertise in Data Fabric, Data & Analytics, and data-driven decision-making

- Experience with hyper-scaler platforms and services

- Enterprise architecture and design expertise

- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills

- Exceptional leadership and collaboration abilities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities :

1. Technology Strategy:- Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on digital transformation and innovation.

2. R&D Leadership:- Lead research and development efforts in enterprise software products, exploring new technologies and solutions to drive innovation.

3. AI/ML Integration:- Identify and implement AI/ML solutions to enhance business processes, customer experiences, and decision-making.

4. DevOps Excellence:- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and automation to optimize software development and delivery pipelines.

5. Cloud Adoption:- Lead the organization's cloud adoption efforts, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

6. QA Automation:- Oversee and enhance QA automation efforts to maintain high software quality standards and efficient testing processes.

7. Engineering Best Practices:- Promote engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural excellence within technology teams.

8. Programming Expertise:- Provide hands-on technical expertise in programming languages such as Java, .NET, and Python as needed.

9. Big Data Mastery:- Manage and leverage Big Data tools and technologies for data processing, analysis, and insights generation.

10. Data & Analytics:- Collaborate with data teams to build data-driven solutions and advanced analytics capabilities.

11. Enterprise Architecture & Design:- Lead efforts to define and evolve enterprise architecture, ensuring it supports business objectives and aligns with technology trends.

12. Hyper-Scaler Management:- Manage and optimize hyper-scaler platform usage and services, ensuring efficiency and (Preferred) :

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect

- Certified Data Professional (CDP)
