Job Description :


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience leading and coaching agile teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Scrum principles, SAFe Agile frameworks, and a solid foundation in cloud technologies like Azure.

You will play a critical role in facilitating effective collaboration, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving continuous improvement within our agile development process.

Responsibilities :

- Champion and evangelize Scrum methodologies and agile practices across the organization.

- Coach and mentor Scrum teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).

- Manage the Scrum backlog, including user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.

- Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and impediments.

- Monitor team progress, performance metrics, and burndown charts.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize workflow.

- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.

- Plan and organize product demonstrations and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Utilize JIRA and other Agile project management tools to track progress and maintain transparency.

- Leverage experience with SAFe Agile frameworks to effectively manage large-scale programs.

- Apply knowledge of Azure cloud platform to support DevOps practices within the Scrum framework (AIOPS experience a plus).

- Prepare and deliver clear and concise status reports to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and coaching Scrum teams in delivering projects on time and within budget.

- In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies.

- Strong understanding of SAFe Agile frameworks and their application in enterprise environments.

- Experience working in Azure cloud environments (a plus).

- Familiarity with AIOPS methodologies and tools (a plus).

- Proficiency in Jira and other Agile project management tools.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching abilities.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and remove roadblocks for teams.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in agile methodologies and cloud technologies.
