About the Company :

Yral (Previously "Hot or Not") is a decentralized social media platform (like TikTok) with integrated Prediction Markets, built on Internet Computer Protocol. The platform provides monetization avenues for 4.65 Billion social media lurkers (passive users) by enabling them to speculate on the short-video content created by other users on the platform.

The vision is to create a user-driven and governed social media ecosystem with the users in the center. Not only would the users be given the majority share of the wealth that is being generated in the ecosystem, but the users will also have complete control over the various aspects of the platform such as governance, content moderation, development, and management, making the ecosystem more equitable and user-centric.

Your Palette :

- 3+ years of design wizardry in product realms, startups, or environments that rival Formula 1 tracks.

- Desirable institutions with a strong academic reputation (Pref. Tier 1 Colleges)

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Proven ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

- Experience with user research methodologies & front-end development principles is a plus.

- Hawk-eyed for detail and a passion for learning in the warp-speed universe.
