We're looking for a rare kind of engineer—someone who loves building and thinking. Someone who can sit with our leadership team, understand how we work across different parts of the business, and then design systems that make that work faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

You'll help us identify broken or manual workflows, propose smart solutions, and then build them—whether that's automating processes with AI, building small apps or agents, or integrating tools like SharePoint and Power BI. You need to be just as comfortable mapping out a process on a whiteboard as you are building a prototype to test it.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business operations, automation, and applied AI.

What You'll Do


• Work directly with the directors to analyse existing workflows and spot inefficiencies


• Design and implement system architecture to support automation and optimisation across departments


• Build AI agents, automations, dashboards, and tools using platforms like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Make, Replit Power Automate, and Zapier etc


• Build internal web-based tools or lightweight interfaces where needed (e.g. project dashboards, data-entry apps, form workflows)


• Set up and maintain Power BI dashboards and integrate with business data sources (e.g. SharePoint, Excel, third-party APIs)


• Help us structure our data, documentation, and knowledge bases (e.g. within SharePoint or Loop)


• Stay on top of emerging AI and automation tools that could be useful for us and make relevant recommendations

What We're Looking For


• Experience building automations and AI workflows (e.g. with ChatGPT, Copilot, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar)


• Strong grasp of Microsoft ecosystem tools: SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Teams, OneDrive, Planner


• Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams to understand needs and define clear, implementable solutions


• Bonus if you've built or deployed small apps, internal tools, or agent-based workflows


• Bonus if you've worked in an SME or startup environment where you've had to wear multiple hats


• A systems thinker who likes solving problems from the ground up—and gets stuff done
