Job description :


This role is primarily responsible for creating the IT Landscape. It will provide the technological direction and focus is on the development and implementation of technology solutions that align with the organization's overall strategy and goals. Focus is also on ensuring the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of data and information assets.


- Overseeing the operation and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.


- Drive technological innovation within the organization, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that technology investments support the company's growth and strategic objectives.


- Evaluating new technologies and making recommendations on their adoption to improve efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.


- Managing IT budgets and resources to support the organization's needs and priorities. Leading efforts to protect the organization's information assets from cyber threats and security breaches.


- Collaborating with other executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives.


- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)


- MES systems provide visibility into manufacturing operations, track production metrics, and enable data-driven decision-making to optimize efficiency and quality


- Supply Chain Integration and Optimization, Business Intelligence and Analytics


Role Requirements :


Qualification :


- Degree in Computer Application or Engineering, MBA can be a significant advantage 12-15 years of experience in IT, with at least 3- 5 years in a leadership role


Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, infrastructure, ERP and applications. This includes knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, database management, and software development methodologies.


- Project Management : Experience in planning, executing, and managing IT projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.


IT Strategy Development : Ability to formulate and execute IT strategies that support the organization's overall objectives, including assessing technology needs and opportunities.


Enterprise Architecture : Knowledge of designing and maintaining the organization's IT architecture to support scalability, interoperability, and agility. Industry - Consumer goods, Manufacturing
