Role Overview

We are seeking a Game Designer with strong creative vision and hands-on experience in designing for 3D games . You will be responsible for crafting gameplay systems, levels, mechanics, and social loops that are fun, intuitive, and highly shareable.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the culture of Roblox, Fortnite Creative/UEFN, Meta Horizon or Android/Ios Multiplayer Experiences, and can design experiences that fit their communities while pushing creative boundaries.


Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design core game loops, mechanics, and progression systems
  • Build and balance levels, challenges, and social experiences that drive retention and virality.
  • Collaborate closely with artists, animators, and engineers to bring game ideas to life.
  • Design UGC-friendly features such as emotes, customization systems, mini-games, and social interactions.
  • Balance gameplay for fun, accessibility, and scalability across diverse audiences.
  • Stay on top of community trends, memes, and player behaviors in UGC ecosystems to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to live ops strategies (events, challenges, updates) to keep experiences fresh and engaging.


Requrirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer (UGC or professional games).
  • Strong understanding of gameplay loops, player progression, and reward systems.
  • Familiarity with multiplayer, co-op, and social game design principles.
  • Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on player feedback.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across disciplines.


Nice-to-Have

  • Understanding of monetization strategies in UGC platforms.
  • Experience with live service design (events, quests, content updates).
  • Passion for social/multiplayer games, memes, and experimental design.
  • Portfolio or examples of playable UGC projects (Roblox, Fortnite Creative, or Horizon Worlds preferred).
