We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have strong program governance, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex, multi-track initiatives across global teams. Experience in MarTech programs and E-commerce platforms is highly preferred.



Key Responsibilities


• Lead end-to-end delivery of large enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

• Develop and manage program roadmaps, governance frameworks, risk plans, and communication plans.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, design, and business stakeholders.

• Manage executive-level communication, status reporting, decision tracking, and escalations.

• Ensure strong alignment between business vision, program objectives, and delivery outcomes.

• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring consistency in processes and delivery quality.

• Implement best practices in program management, including Agile and hybrid methodologies.

• Manage vendor relationships, resource planning, budget forecasting, and contract compliance.

• Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.

• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the program.


Required Skills & Qualifications


• 15+ years of Program/Project Management experience delivering large, complex enterprise initiatives.

• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar programs with cross-functional global teams and multiple program tracks.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Understand essentiality of time management, communication for success of project.

• Self Driven individual who can drive large programs on its own

• Expertise in building and managing program governance, delivery processes, and reporting frameworks.

• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.

• Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive decisions with senior leadership.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.


Preferred Qualifications -

• Experience in MarTech ecosystems (Marketing Cloud, CDP, Campaign Platforms, Personalization, CRM, etc.).

• Background in E-commerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, SAP Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile certifications.
