Responsibilities :

- Utilize your 5-8 years of SAP HCM experience to configure and maintain the SAP HCM system to meet our specific HR needs.

- Manage core HR modules like Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP HCM functionalities and best practices.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management (TM) module, including CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet).

(Responsibility highlighted) :

- Configure and customize time sheet recording, work schedules, leave management, and other time-related functionalities.

- Analyze and troubleshoot time management issues and ensure accurate payroll processing.

- Work closely with HR personnel to understand their needs and translate them into configurable solutions within SAP HCM.

- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement user training materials to ensure effective adoption of the SAP HCM system.

- Generate reports and analyze data from the SAP HCM system to provide valuable insights to HR leadership.

- Assist with data migration and system integrations with other HR or payroll systems.

- Provide ongoing support to HR users and troubleshoot any issues they encounter within the SAP HCM system.

- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex system-related problems.

Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience working with SAP HCM in a functional or consultant role.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM configuration options and functionalities, particularly in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM) modules.

- Expertise in SAP HCM Time Management (TM) with a focus on CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) is a must.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with data migration and system integrations is a plus
