About Tredence

Tredence is a global analytics services and solutions company, recognized among the fastest-growing private firms on the Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years. We deliver value through data visualization, data management, advanced analytics, big data, and machine learning. Our strength lies in building scalable, cost-effective cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS) and on-premise solutions, supported by a strong portfolio of IP and accelerators.

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Generative AI R&D Studio team. You will lead the design and execution of AI-driven accelerators and products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, innovation, and measurable client impact.

What are Accelerators?

Accelerators are reusable mini-products that reduce delivery timelines by 30–70% while improving client outcomes. At Studio R&D, we build and scale these accelerators across industries like Retail, CPG, BFSI, Healthcare, and more — enabling faster value realization at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to scale.
  • Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Steer cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, QA, design) to deliver high-quality features.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure execution success.
  • Lead product adoption across Tredence’s business practices.
  • Own prompt engineering and evaluation initiatives for assigned products/accelerators.
  • Research emerging GenAI technologies and run POCs to drive innovation.
  • Collect user and client feedback to define feature enhancements and iterative improvements.
  • Support sales, marketing, and customer success with demos, release notes, and enablement content.
  • Assist delivery teams during client implementations with product guidance.
  • Define and track success metrics, analyze performance, and synthesize learnings.
  • Communicate roadmap progress and product updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

Experience & Mindset

  • 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML solutions, including 3+ years in product management.
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Proven record of delivering impact in fast-paced environments.
  • Hunger to learn, experiment, and innovate.

Product Skills

  • Hands-on experience with product lifecycle (discovery → GA → scale) in Agile settings.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Technical Fluency

  • Working knowledge of AI, data, cloud, ML, and data science.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, Text-to-SQL, agentic frameworks, and data infrastructure.
  • Experience with analytics/experimentation tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, A/B testing).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in Business Analyst, Sales, Data Science, or Development roles.
  • Experience with Conversational AI or automation platforms.
  • Certifications in Agile/Scrum or cloud/AI platforms.

Why Join Product at Tredence?

  • Collaborate across six practices (Supply Chain, CXM, Data Engineering, Data Science, Digital Engineering, GenAI) and multiple verticals (Retail, CPG, BFSI, Healthcare, TMT, Travel & Hospitality).
  • Work with cutting-edge platforms: GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake.
  • Launch 3–4 accelerators annually with direct exposure across industries.
  • Explore innovations beyond web — including Generative AI, VR, humanoids, and mobile platforms.
  • Participate in leading industry events such as Cypher and DES.
