Position Overview:

We are looking for a Life Asia Tester with strong expertise in Manual Testing and hands-on experience in the Life Asia tool. The role involves validating insurance processes across DAY 1 (new business onboarding) and DAY 2 (policy servicing and maintenance), ensuring accuracy and reliability in life insurance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of Life Asia applications, focusing on life insurance policy servicing modules.
  • Validate DAY 1 processes including new business onboarding, issuance, and initial policy setup.
  • Validate DAY 2 processes including endorsements, renewals, claims, and policy maintenance.
  • Design, execute, and document test cases with clear defect reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and support teams to ensure functional accuracy.
  • Conduct regression testing to confirm system stability after enhancements or fixes.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.

  • Manual Testing – Strong ability to design, execute, and document test cases.
  • Life Asia Tool – Hands-on experience with Life Asia insurance application.
  • DAY 1 Operations – Testing new business onboarding workflows.
  • DAY 2 Operations – Testing policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and claims.
  • Policy Servicing – Deep understanding of insurance policy lifecycle and servicing processes.
  • Life Insurance Domain experience – Familiarity with life insurance products, underwriting, and claims.
