The candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high levels of quality and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, managing food and beverage services, and coordinating with the kitchen. The manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, resolve customer complaints promptly, and develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsExperience in staff Hiring and TrainingEffective Communication skillsKnowledge of Food & Beverage servicesAbility to manage a team and handle high-pressure situationsRelevant experience in the hospitality industryBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferredSpecial NoteCandidates from Faridabad will be preferred.Candidates who can join within 10–15 days are highly desirable.
