Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to join our finance and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge in Oracle Fusion Financials.

This role is crucial in supporting our financial systems, ensuring they meet business needs, and optimizing our Oracle Fusion Finance implementation for peak performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

System Implementation and Configuration :

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.).

- Develop and manage system configurations to align with business requirements.

Technical Development and Integration :

- Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, and extensions using Oracle Fusion tools (e.g., BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADF, SOA, etc.).

- Integrate Oracle Fusion Finance with other systems and ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Functional Analysis and Support :

- Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.

- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues within the Oracle Fusion Financial modules.

Process Optimization and Best Practices :

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the financial modules.

- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.

Project Management and Collaboration :

- Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring for Oracle Fusion Finance initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.

Documentation and Training :

- Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation for Oracle Fusion Financials configurations and customizations.

- Provide training and support to end-users and team members on Oracle Fusion Finance functionalities and processes.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Finance.

- Proven track record in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

- Experience with Oracle Fusion development tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADF, SOA, etc.).

- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.

- Knowledge of data migration, integration tools, and techniques.

Functional Skills :

- Deep understanding of financial processes and best practices.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Fusion Financials certification.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.

- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
