The company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Easy Insights, and a sound knowledge of ERP systems' operations and functionality. The Role is an on-site role based in Bangalore. The applicants should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst located in Bengaluru. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and developing data models, creating dashboards using business intelligence tools, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations for organizational growth and efficiency.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide insightsBusiness Generation through Offer making and Enquiry data plotting.Creation of sales and purchase ordersManaging Inventory and consignment Allocation to customers for shipments from various warehouses.Ability to stretch if required and willing to work on weekends if situation demands.Proficiency in data modeling and working with large data setsExperience in developing dashboards and visualizations to communicate data effectivelyExpertise in using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Easy Insights or similar platforms.Managing Inventory module and integration with Quick Books.Proven skills in business analysis to identify and address organizational challengesExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teamsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience in SQL and database management is a plusKnowledge of industry-specific trends and practices would be advantageous
