Position Summary

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Interactive Avenues as a Specialist. The Assistant Manager/Manager is responsible for managing an account smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You should support and contribute to the strategic development of the account, and possess a strong understanding of the client’s business. You are the client contact for project execution and are mentored in more strategic client relationships, marketing, and selling skills.


Key Responsibility Areas

· Over 5+ years of experience in digital advertising (agency background preferred).

· Should be well versed in digital campaign evaluation metrics such as CTR/VTR/CPM/CPC/CPA/CPCV.

· Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets

· Creating data reports and visualizations to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

· Identifying trends and patterns in data to support business decisions.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.

· Developing and maintaining a monthly data bank of digital campaigns.

· Conducting research and staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and MIS.

· Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data analysis.

· Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

· Participating in project planning and implementation as a subject matter expert in data analysis and MIS.

· Excellent command of the English language (Spoken and Written)

· Proactive and highly organized with strong time management skills

· Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

· Self-motivated and eager to learn new and different things

· Credible, confident, and articulate, with good communication and presentation skills


Qualifications

Education:

· Graduate or PG in Marketing & Advertising
