  5. Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system and network connectivity.
  6. Open for 24/7 support and on-call

Good Have : • Strong interpersonal skills; role will require engagement with a varied and global internal customer bas

• Documentation skills and python, PowerShell scripting knowledge is required.
