To position itself as a critical support Centre for EMS capable of strong value addition while also being recognized as having their own excellence in key services, STSI has identified the need to attain a recognition as a Centre of Excellence (CoE).Job Summary:Power BI Developer is responsible for creating solutions that support data quality and analysis initiatives and maintaining reports and applications in Power Platform.Job Responsibilities:Ability to interpret data, analyse results, and provide ongoing reports and recommendations while building dashboards and reports.4-6 years of hands-on experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics role.Hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI, M-Query, and DAX.Strong knowledge of SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, sub-queries, etc.).Comfortable working with workbench tools like SSMS, SSIS, MySQL Workbench.Proficiency with Python for data analysis and scripting.Understanding of basic statistics.Knowledge of Azure or Google Cloud Platforms.Experience working with version control (e.g., Git) and Agile teams.Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.Academic Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E in Computer Science Engineering)Experience:4-5 years of industry experience in developing complex Power BI reports. Proficient in writing efficient MySQL queries.Should be able to write basic Python scripts.Should be self-driven and able to work independently along with the stakeholders located at different time zones.Good to have Skills:-Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within cloud environments.Data Pipeline development in Azure Data Factory, Fireflow etc.Development experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions like Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric.Experience using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), for data analysis:BigQueryGCS (Google Cloud Storage)Other skills and abilities:Ability to work in globally distributed setting without much supervision.Self-driven, ProactiveThis is an office-based position, with the expectation to come in four days a week.SLB as an employer:SLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
