If you have a strong background in developing performant, secure APIs and thrive in a collaborative startup environment, we want to hear from you The Role & Responsibilities:As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems.Design and maintain high-quality REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Implement secure backend logic and optimized database queries.Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability across large production systems by implementing observability, caching, and job queues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) and follow CI/CD best practices for seamless delivery.Conduct code reviews and write tests.✨ What You'll Bring:Experience: 1.6 to 3+ years of proven experience in backend engineering.Must-Have Key Skills:Python + Frameworks: Strong experience in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.SQL & ORM: Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, query optimization, and migrations.API Development: Expertise in RESTful design and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.Specialist Skills: Testing (e.g., pytest) and DevOps basics (CI/CD, Docker, Git workflows).Bonus: Experience in a Startup Company/Product-based environment.Location: Onsite in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
