Here's a general overview of the role:Education: *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: *Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM/MFG, with at least 8 years in solutioning, pre-sales, implementation, and upgrade projects.Certifications: *Oracle EBS certifications in SCM/MFG modules are highly desirable.Technical Skills:*Proficiency in Oracle EBS SCM/MFG modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Planning.*Implement and configure Oracle EBS SCM modules, such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.*Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements.*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SCM processes.*Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain management needs and propose tailored Oracle EBS solutions.*Design and present Oracle EBS SCM solutions, including modules like Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing.*Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client meetings and demonstrations.*Prepare detailed documentation, including solution proposals and implementation plans.*Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.*Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.*Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations.*Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.*Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides for future reference.*Perform regular audits and assessments of Oracle EBS environments.Problem-Solving: *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Communication: *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
