Junior Presentation Designer

The Role: Junior Presentation DesignerBrunswick Group is looking for a junior-level designer to join our global design team. This role works in support for the global design team to create presentations and collateral for both internal and external clients. You will play an important role in the firm, helping to develop client-ready materials, clear and well-designed presentations and exceptional collateral across a variety of categories and brands.ResponsibilitiesSupport the global Design team and our client-facing team members to develop on-brand presentations and collateral for a wide variety of clients and accountsMaintain the firm's brand and adhere to standard formattingProfessionalize the design of documents created by non-designers for both internal and external clientsDesign collateral used for internal and external audiences such as factsheets (infographics), e-cards, reports, animations, digital media graphics and more using Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office, on both PC and MacWork closely with colleagues of different levels and departments across countriesDesign in PowerPoint, Adobe CS, and other creative platforms as needed, for print and digital Support multiple projects and requests from a variety of teams and deliver on timeRemain current with design and agency trendsKnowledge & ExperienceA minimum of three (3) years working with PowerPoint in consulting/advertising or within a corporate teamStrong portfolio of previous work demonstrating design skillsExperience creating, editing and implementing PowerPoint templatesCreate effective, visually engaging presentations within constraints of project deadlinesBuild and troubleshoot template Word documentsA self-starter who can work independently and can provide ‘self-direction’Knowledge of graphic formats and how they work with PowerPoint to produce the best possible imagery for slide decksExtremely well versed in PowerPoint, good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign and AcrobatWorking knowledge of print productionBachelor's Degree in Design or related field preferredSkillsFluent in English – conversational and writtenUncompromising attention to detailMeet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to uphold brand and style guidelinesAbility to operate on both PC and MacSelf-motivated and capable of both self-direction and collaborationAbility to excel in a fast-paced environment – versatility and flexibility is essentialOther qualitiesDesire to learn and grow within the teamAbility to take constructive feedback and deliver above and beyond expectationsWorks well independently and as a team playerAbility to think on their feet and have impeccable judgmentStrong multi-tasking skills Ability to take on challenges and have a proactive approach to duties While not required, the following would be a plus:International work experience or knowledge Multi-lingualVideo editing and or After Effect skillsAbout BrunswickBrunswick is a global advisory firm.
