Cyber Security Analyst-Senior II

Roles & Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will comfortably lead and direct technical conversations. Will be a self-starter and can manage multiple security projects from the ground up with minimal oversight.
- Will have an in-depth understanding of cyber domains, lead cross-departmental meetings to align goals and expectations, and have strong communication and presentation skills. Manage Agile process and scrums.
- The job will involve developing quantitative and qualitative risk metrics. Develop information security standards for different technologies. Lead projects requiring penetration testing. Vulnerability Assessment. Reviewing and proposing changes to secure software architecture.
- Building governance around software life cycle management from design through the deprecation phase.
- Triaging and communicating security incidents.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Cyber Certifications - CISSP
- Understanding of security testing tools like Burp Suite
- Understanding of major programming languages like Java or .net.
- DevSecOps and CI/CD experience- GitHub.
- Scripting and querying skills to investigate and analyze data.
- Build quantitative and qualitative risk metrics.
- Dashboarding in PowerBI, advanced power point skills.
- Must understand Security Standards- NIST, MITRE, OWASP, MASVS, and Industry news
- Preferably with minimum 6-9 years of work experience especially in application development, cyber security, and regulatory compliance.
- Preferred bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Proficiency in English comprehension.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Planning & Organizing Skills; Project Management Skills; Interpersonal Skills; Accuracy & Attention to Detail.
- Preferably have practical experience in implementing LEAN, AGILE, and Design Thinking.
- Strong troubleshooting skills are a must.
