Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Admissions Counsellor to manage and drive student enrolments for our Regular Degree Programs. This is a result-oriented role that requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to build strong student relationships, and a proactive approach to meeting enrolment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students on Regular Degree Programs, admission processes, and career opportunities.
  • Follow up on student inquiries and leads generated through various channels.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment goal assigned by the management.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students to convert inquiries into enrolments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with program promotions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and student preferences.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead performance and goal achievements.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
