Are you an experienced SAP professional with expertise in HCM? iTUX, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of SAP HCM Technical Lead.

Key Skills Required:

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in SAP HCM.

- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language and SAP NetWeaver technologies.

- Strong understanding of SAP HR modules, data structures, and integration methodologies.

- Experience with SAP HR implementation, customization, and support projects.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide guidance to team members.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for HR applications development.

- Experience with SAP HCM security and authorization concepts.

- Understanding of SAP HANA database and its integration with SAP HCM.

- Knowledge of SAP payroll processes and schemas.

- Certification in SAP HCM modules is a Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on SAP HCM projects.

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using SAP ABAP programming language.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP HCM modules.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends.
