Roles and Responsibilities:

- Solid experience as a DevOps/Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer in a 24x7 uptime Amazon AWS environment, including automation experience with configuration management tools.

- Experience with CI/CD Tools Like Jenkins & managing CI and CD tools with the team and maintaining the administration of projects.

- Experience with Kubernetes.

- Experience with automation/configuration management using either Docker, Puppet, Ansible, Chef or an equivalent.

- Work directly with the Developer & Cloud team, manager to test system integrity.

- Responsible for automation using either Docker, Puppet, Ansible, Chef or an equivalent.

- This person will architect, deploy, and manage the Kubernetes platform.

- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS is a plus)

- Deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing AWS cloud-based production system, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems.

- Design and implement build, deployment, release, and configuration management of production systems.

- Test implemented designs.

- Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning.

- Handle code deployments in all environments.

- Provide technical guidance and educate team members on development and operations.

- Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve.

- System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.

- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS is an addon).

- Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development delivery.

- Consult with peers for feedback during testing stages.

- Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards.

- Document and design various processes; update existing processes.

- Improve infrastructure development and application development.

- Pre-production Acceptance Testing to help assure the quality of our products/services.

- Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.

- Ensuring critical system security through using best-in-class cloud security solutions.

Common Soft Skills :

- Good written as well as verbal communication in English, since the candidate will be communicating with Clients based out of the U.S. regularly.

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated, self-learning

- Out-of-the-box thinking to come up with Innovative optimized solutions.

- Should be able to take ownership of own tasks and complete work on time.

- Responsible and committed to team and product.
