Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Faculty at the Kolkata metropolitan area campus. The AI Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering AI-focused curriculum, conducting lectures, supervising project work, and providing academic counseling to students. Additional responsibilities include staying updated with advancements in AI, collaborating on research initiatives, developing practical training modules, and ensuring a high standard of teaching. The role also involves academic planning and active participation in faculty discussions and educational events.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in core AI concepts, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
  • Experience in software programming, data analysis, and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
  • Strong curriculum development, instructional design, and teaching methodologies
  • Research knowledge and experience in academic publishing and staying current with AI trends
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior teaching or industry experience in AI is an added advantage


Job Responsibilities:

1. Teach AI, basic computer programming, and technology-based activities to students.

2. Prepare lesson plans, practical demos, and project-based learning tasks.

3. Conduct interactive classroom sessions using digital tools.

4. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

5. Ensure a supportive, safe, and encouraging learning environment.

Required Qualification & Skills:

1. Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / IT / AI / BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech or related field.

2. Good communication skills in English and/or local language.

3. Fresher or Experienced candidates both may apply.

4. Must have a positive attitude and student-friendly approach
