Better Business Bureau has rated Angara A+ for excellence in service and our Trust Pilot rating stands at 4.5 out of 5.Angara is seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Merchandiser to drive the optimization of our online shopping experience and maximize conversion rates. This role is essential in enhancing the presentation of our fine jewelry collection across the website, ensuring that every customer journey is seamless, engaging, and leads to successful transactions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ecommerce, merchandising, and customer behavior, coupled with a passion for luxury products and storytelling.Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with e-commerce experience a big plus.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong communication and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).Ability to excel both independently and in a collaborative team environment.Design and propose innovative visuals for various media, both online and offline.Collaborate closely with our marketing and brand management teams to create engaging designs that align with our business goals.Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, product listings, and storefronts.Work proficiently with a wide range of media and graphic design software.Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and data analytics.Participate in the entire design process, from ideation to final execution.Present design concepts and ideas effectively to colleagues and stakeholders.Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure design alignment and cohesion.Stay updated with changes in design applications and industry developments.Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.Select colors, images, text styles, and layouts that enhance the visual appeal of our content.Conduct thorough reviews of designs for errors before sharing with stakeholders.
