We collaborate in a fast-paced environment, contributing to innovative solutions, and demonstrating meticulousness.About the RoleIn this role you will be at the forefront of financial planning, analysis and reporting in a global corporation.ResponsibilitiesForecasting: Build budgets and forecasts based on actual performance trends, changes in our strategy, and other business inputs. Provide insights and commentary on variance analysis.Analysis: Comfortably work with large data sets from many data sources to translate it into actionable insights.Reporting: Run specific queries and reports, reconcile data, and provide comprehensive analysis and support for key stakeholders.Improving Continuously: Seek and implement continuous improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service.Accounting: Calculate and prepare deferral and accruals journals.RequirementsHave very strong analytical skills and MS Excel modeling capabilities to provide deep insights and resolve finance inquiries independently. Experience with manipulating large data sets, as well as ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.Be proactive and motivated individual with a can-do mentality, ready to take on challenges in a complex and demanding environment. Curious by nature, striving for continuous improvement.Have strong communication skills to clearly convey financial information to a range of stakeholders in our multi-national and multi-cultural environment.Have Professional Qualification / Master’s (regular) in Finance, Accounting or related area. 6-8 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, including providing commentaries for senior stakeholders.Preferably experience with Oracle Hyperion products and Smartview.Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
