Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Engage traders on social media, forums, and communities (without breaking rules).
• Record all sales activities in CRM.
Client Engagement & Conversion
• Present and explain Forex signal services (accuracy, risk, value).
• Conduct demos via Zoom, WhatsApp, or email.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
Relationship Management
• Maintain regular client communication for retention.
• Upsell/cross-sell (VIP plans, training, portfolio services).
• Address client concerns quickly to reduce churn
Market & Product Knowledge
• Stay updated on forex, gold, indices, and crypto trends.
• Track competitor services for better positioning.
• Share feedback with product team
Compliance & Ethics
• Follow local & international rules for marketing financial products.
