Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Mechatronics Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our engineering and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to machine installation, servo-controlled systems, and programming of automated equipment. This role will play a key part in commissioning machinery, improving production equipment, and ensuring smooth technical operations across our factory setup.


What You’ll Do

• Install, commission, and maintain machines and automated production equipment

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues on the shop floor

• Work on servo-controlled devices, motion control systems, and PLC/HMI programming

• Support new machine setup, calibration, and performance optimization

• Create and maintain documentation for machine settings, wiring diagrams, and control logic

• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize machine downtime

• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and vendor teams for equipment upgrades and improvements

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during machine operation and servicing

• Analyze recurring issues and implement engineering solutions for long-term reliability


Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in machine installation, automation, or industrial equipment maintenance. Experience in greenfield projects is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of servo motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, and motion control systems

• Experience with PLC programming, basic coding, and troubleshooting automation hardware

• Comfortable working in a factory environment with machinery and production systems

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause-analysis skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently driving technical tasks

• Passionate about engineering, automation, and building sustainable manufacturing solutions
