Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience: 2+ yrs
Salary : 21k + (Based on Experience)
Probation Period: 6 Months
Incentives: Performance-based
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain reports and update CRM systems with client interactions
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Good knowledge of financial products / marketing strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, FreshSales etc.
- Team player with problem-solving ability
- Good knowledge of financial products such as Mutual funds, Portfolio Management, Insurance, NPS etc.
