Job Description :


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled OFSAA FCCM Technical Consultant to join our growing team.


You will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing our Oracle Financial Crimes and Compliance Management (OFSAA FCCM) solution.


You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of OFSAA FCCM functionalities, financial compliance regulations, and technical expertise to configure, integrate, and support a robust anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions screening system.


Responsibilities :


- Analyze business requirements related to AML and sanctions screening processes.


- Translate business needs into technical specifications for OFSAA FCCM configurations and customizations.


- Configure and customize OFSAA FCCM modules (Customer Management, Sanctions Screening, Watchlist Management, Case Management) to meet specific business needs and compliance requirements.


- Perform data analysis and mapping to ensure accurate data integration between OFSAA FCCM and other enterprise systems (core banking, KYC).


- Develop and implement data cleansing and transformation routines to optimize data quality within OFSAA FCCM.


- Configure and manage OFSAA FCCM workflows and business rules for automated AML/sanctions screening processes.


- Manage and maintain OFSAA FCCM security configurations and access controls.


- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of OFSAA FCCM configurations.


- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OFSAA FCCM applications and troubleshoot user issues.


- Conduct user training sessions on OFSAA FCCM functionalities and best practices for AML/sanctions screening.


- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for OFSAA FCCM configurations, workflows, and procedures.


- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in OFSAA FCCM functionalities and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications :


- 7-10 years of experience working with OFSAA FCCM configurations, implementations, or support.


- Strong understanding of financial crime and compliance management principles (AML, KYC, Sanctions Screening).


- In-depth knowledge of OFSAA FCCM core functionalities and configuration tools.


- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database administration for data manipulation and reporting.


- Experience with data integration techniques and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.


- Experience with testing methodologies and creating test scripts for OFSAA FCCM configurations (a plus).


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train users.


- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines. Educational Qualifcations: Bachelor's/Master's
