Candidate Profile :


- 5+ Years in Quality Assurance: With a focus on leadership roles.


- Product Company Experience: Hands-on experience in a product-based environment.


- Expertise in QA Processes: Comprehensive knowledge of testing methodologies.


- Automation Tools Experience: Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.


- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.


Main Duties :


- Test Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.


- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the QA team, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination.


- Test Case Design: Create detailed and well-structured test cases that align with project specifications.


- Test Execution: Oversee and participate in the execution of test cases, including manual and automated testing.


- Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.


- Automation: Implement and maintain automated testing processes to enhance efficiency and test coverage.


- Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure applications meet scalability and responsiveness requirements.


- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to validate that new code changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.


- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure a high-quality product.


- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes.


- Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key quality metrics, providing regular reports to management on the status of testing efforts.


- Training and Development: Mentor team members, provide training, and contribute to the professional development of the QA team.

- Good written as well as verbal communication in English, since the candidate will be communicating with Clients based out of the U.S. regularly.


- Excellent problem-solving skills
